Cookies

  • We are a cottage bakery located in Wylie, Texas near Highway 78 and Eubanks Lane.

  • No, we do not offer shipping or delivery. All orders are for local pickup only.

  • Our cookies are jumbo-sized (about 4 oz. each) and baked in small batches using clean, simple ingredients. They’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free but full of rich, delicious flavor and taste like traditional cookies.

  • While our cookies are free from gluten and dairy, they are made in a kitchen that also handles common allergens.

  • Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat-sealed for freshness, then packaged in a kraft box.

  • Orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance. For custom or larger orders, at least 7-10 days in advance is ideal. Keep in mind we offer pickup on Fridays only. Pickup availability can be viewed here.

  • Yes, we love catering for special occasions and corporate events. Please submit your request on our contact page.

  • Cookies stored in their packaging at room temperature will last up to 3 weeks. For longer storage, place them in their packaging in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. They can also be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

  • Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns--all sales are final. If you received a damaged product, please contact us with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your order for assistance.

Cutouts

  • All of our products are handmade, therefore no two items will look exactly the same. Because we use natural wood in a lot of our products, there may be knots, dents, holes, and slight variations in wood color.

  • If you need to modify your order, please contact us soon as possible. Note that orders are processed and shipped out daily and we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours from receipt of the order. Please be sure to attach clear pictures of the defect in question.

  • Yes! We love creating unique pieces that are made specifically for you. If you would like to request a custom order, contact us and we will get back with you as quickly as possible. Because designing can take a while to perfect, please note that we do not provide mock-ups or proofs without purchase.

  • We do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Our processing time can range from 3-8 business days depending on our order volume. If you need your item by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate your request.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the courier website and you will be able to follow the shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • Unfortunately, once your order has been accepted by USPS, your package is out of our hands and we have no control over it. We do not provide refunds or replacements once your order has been marked delivered, as USPS is responsible for delivering your order. If your item arrives damaged or is lost (not marked delivered) in the mail, please contact us to receive further assistance.
